Cookies, data and AI images

We only use the storage needed to make the site work. There is no advertising network, no ad pixel and no cross site tracking on this site.

When a team member logs in to the internal area, our backend keeps a session so the login lasts between page loads. When a customer opens a presentation we send them, we store a small local ID so the same reader is not counted twice, and so we can see which slides were read.

Your choice in the cookie banner is stored locally in your own browser. Clearing your browser data removes it and the banner appears again.

Some photos on this site and in our presentations are generated or edited with AI. They show the concept, the placement of the QR stands and the kind of print and video the booth produces.

They are not documentation of a specific guest, a specific venue or a specific event, and no real guest is identifiable in them. Logos and brand colours shown in a presentation belong to the brand in question and are used to visualise how their own booth would look.

If you request a presentation or write to us, we store the details you send, so we can answer and follow up. We use them for that purpose only, and we do not sell them.

Guest data captured in a live booth is handled per venue in the agreement with that venue, and guests always opt in themselves before anything is sent to them.
